All lei are shipped with care. Each order is packed with frozen gel packs to ensure freshness.
METHODS OF SHIPPING
FedEx 2nd Day
FedEx 2nd day will take two days for delivery Monday through Friday. Shipping to all states will be delivered by FedEx by 6pm.
FedEx Standard Overnight
FedEx standard overnight will arrive the next day by 3:30pm, Monday through Friday to most of the areas in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado (west of the Rockies) and Utah. For all areas east of the Rockies it will still take two days.
FedEx Priority Overnight
FedEx priority overnight will arrive the next day by 10:30am, Monday through Friday to most of the areas in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado (west of the Rockies) and Utah. For all areas east of the Rockies it will still take two days.
Saturday Deliveries
Saturday delivery is an option for an additional $10 per shipment.

NO SIGNATURE RELEASE OPTION
FedEx will not leave your shipment at the door if this box is not checked, therefore you might not get your lei on your arrival date. However, if the box is left at the door we have no trace of acceptance or theft. Please ensure to leave an address where someone will be able to accept the delivery. Often times a work address helps.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Aloha Island Lei & Floral also offers local delivery to anywhere on O’ahu. If you live on O’ahu and would like your order delivered, please select the Local Delivery option at check out. Delivery fee is calculated at check out and is dependent on where you live on the island.
WILL CALL
If you would like to order on line and pick up your order at our shop, simply select the Will Call option in the shipping selection at check out. Please allow 5 hours from the time you place your order on line to the time you pick up so we can put your order together and have it ready when you arrive.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If the lei you ordered is not in stock we have the right to substitute with another lei with equal or greater value. We will notify you ahead of time to let you know of the substitution. And we will do our best to make the substitution as similar as possible. Please make sure you leave a telephone number that you can be reached at during the day and evening.
